No one else (whether person or institution) is our permanent and firm hiding place/refuge than GOD! Thank you for reminding us, Crissy, that in the midst of pandemic and storms in life, GOD protects and calms us as our hiding place. I like songs and renditions from Selah, yes including Wonderful Merciful Savior, I Need Thee Every Hour, Just A Closer Walk with Thee, His Eye is on the Sparrow, The Deep Deep Love of Jesus, and When I Survey the Wondrous Cross.

Started out well but didn’t end so good. By God’s Grace I think “things” are on the mend now.
Thanks for asking Mandy .

This morning I preached from Genesis 3. When the first couple sinned, Adam and Eve attempted to hide themselves by their own works; first behind fig leaves from each other, then behind trees from God.
How incredible when we find our shelter in Jesus, our Hiding Place!
