“Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”
Hebrews 4:14-16
OUR GREAT HIGH PRIEST

Crissy, I appreciate the opportunity to learn more about the clothing and their meanings for priests and high priests. The connection to our Lord and Savior is profound.

It’s amazing how everything in the OT has a revelation of the Messiah.

Crissy, thanks for the good video showing how the clothing of Israel’s high priest pointed to our High Priest, Jesus Christ. So much amazing Christ typology in the Old Testament. The video also reminded me of how Roman Catholicism parrots the OT sacrificial system with its priests also having an array of vestments required for “saying mass.” No more need for human priests after Jesus offered Himself as the “once for all time” sacrifice for sin.

I thought of the RCC priests as well how they copied the OT priests but sadly denied the truth .
Thank you Tom

Thank you for sharing this video. I’ve read the description and heard it explained several times but i tend to be a visual learner. It was good to see as I heard.
