LIVING FOR JESUS A LIFE THAT IS TRUE

Living for Jesus a life that is true,
striving to please him in all that I do,
yielding allegiance glad hearted and free
this is the pathway of blessing for me.

O Jesus, Lord and Savior,
I give myself to you,
for you in your atonement
did give yourself for me.
I own no other master
my heart shall be your throne:
my life I give, henceforth to live,
O Christ, for you alone.

Living for Jesus, who died in my place,
bearing on Calvary my sin and disgrace:
such love constrains me to answer his call,
Follow his leading, and give him my all.

O Jesus, Lord and Savior,
I give myself to you,
for you in your atonement
did give yourself for me.
I own no other master
my heart shall be your throne:
my life I give, henceforth to live,
O Christ, for you alone.

Living for Jesus wherever I am,
doing each duty in his holy name,
seeking the lost ones he died to redeem,
bringing the weary to find rest in him.

O Jesus, Lord and Savior,
I give myself to you,
for you in your atonement
did give yourself for me.
I own no other master
my heart shall be your throne:
my life I give, henceforth to live,
O Christ, for you alone.

Living for Jesus through earth’s little while,
My dearest treasure, the light of His smile;
Seeking the lost ones He died to redeem,
Bringing the weary to find rest in Him.

A LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS

I would like to share our experience yesterday as our evangelistic team hit the streets of our city yesterday.

We live in uncertain times and the world as we know it is rapidly changing.    We are seeing unprecedented things happening right before our eyes. At times is hard to keep up with it all.

Fear and panic strikes the heart of those that are without hope as they listen to the media and their constant barrage of information on the Corona Virus.  But as followers of the Lord Jesus Christ nothing should take us by surprise. We should not fear:

“for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.”
‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭1:7‬ ‭ESV‬‬

I want to encourage all of you to share the gospel of Jesus Christ making the most of every opportunity.   As followers of Jesus we are not to walk around in fear of being contaminated.  As good soldiers in the army of the Lord, we go into the battle field and share the good news in a time of fear, hopelessness and devastation.  No matter what.

People without hope and covered by the darkness falling upon this world are more concerned about toilet paper than their immortal souls.  They are deceived by the god of this world and we can bring hope and light into their lives.

The response that we had yesterday was in our street ministry was amazing.  Rene, one of our evangelistic team members was displaying the sign below.  People were stopping asking us to explain the meaning of the sign.  As we did we were able to share the gospel .  It was awesome. It was so exciting!!

Let’s be ready to share the good news and bring light in a dark world before is too late.

THE LORD IS NEAR

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

“Remember the prisoners, as though in prison with them, and those who are ill-treated, since you yourselves also are in the body.”

(Morning Star News) – Violence against Christians in India hit a new level on Tuesday (March 3) when Hindu extremists ran their motorcycles over a key evangelical leader after beating him, sources said.

Armed with bamboo rods and a thick metal chain with a heavy lock on it, the 10 Hindu nationalists in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh state beat Isaac Paulose, 48, and then ran their five motorcycles over him, fracturing one of his ribs, said Uttar Kumar Deep, pastor of Grace Fellowship Church of CEA (Christian Evangelistic Assemblies), Sehore.

Paulose, an elder at the church and Madhya Pradesh coordinator of the New India Evangelistic Association, was attacked shortly after dropping his 5-year-old son off at school that morning, Pastor Deep said.

This is Your God

Where Living Begins

And Aaron received the gold from their hand, and he fashioned it with an engraving tool, and made a molded calf. Then they said, “This is your god, O Israel, that brought you out of the land of Egypt!” So when Aaron saw it, he built an altar before it. And Aaron made a proclamation and said, “Tomorrow is a feast to the LORD”(Exodus 32:4-5).

When Moses didn’t come down from Mt Sinai as expected, the Jews demanded Moses’ brother make us gods that shall go before us (Exodus 32:1). Aaron didn’t adopt Egyptian paganism, but declared the calf as a symbol of Jehovah. He combined the traditional pagan religion of Egypt familiar to Israel with the worship of the One true God. It was an acceptable compromise to please idolaters while Aaron could claim faithfulness to Jehovah.

God doesn’t compromise, and sent Moses scurrying down the mountain. When…
