For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
1 Corinthians 1/18.
Reflection
To those who do not know the saving grace of Christ, our actions and love for Him are foolishness. We who are saved know the power of God and have seen it work firsthand in our lives. It is not foolishness, but an amazing God with an incredible love for a worthless and sinful people.

Amen! You are right, Crissy, the Truth is, GOD loves us (far greater than we can ever love Him) that He dwelth with us and bear the wrath that intended payment for all our sins so we will have a right relationship with GOD, who is Holy. The power of GOD! Blessings to you, your family, and your outreach ministry!

Thanks, Crissy! The genuine church of Christ kind of stumbles forward, a patchquilt and a discordant mess with not much organization compared to institutions like the RCC, yet when God’s Word and the Gospel is preached, the Holy Spirit works.

That’s where the power of God is. In the true gospel, in His Word.
